Chess45 lets you solve chess puzzles at a rating range you choose, track a solving streak, and view a leaderboard of top players sourced from Chess.com. The site is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a training and entertainment tool.

Acceptable Use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or the services it depends on.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract puzzles or leaderboard data at a scale beyond normal personal use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the puzzle content or site functionality.
• Submit abusive, unlawful, or harmful content through the feedback feature.

Puzzle Content & Accuracy

We aim for puzzles and ratings to be accurate and appropriately matched to the difficulty you select, but we don't guarantee that every puzzle, rating band, or solution is error-free. Puzzles are provided "as is" for practice purposes.

Third-Party Content — Chess.com Leaderboard

Leaderboard rankings display publicly available player rating data sourced from Chess.com. This data belongs to Chess.com and the respective players; we don't control its accuracy or update frequency, and Chess.com is not affiliated with or responsible for Chess45.

Intellectual Property

The Chess45 name, logo, design, and site code belong to us unless otherwise noted. You may use the site for personal play and practice, but may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product from its content or code without permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Chess improvement results will vary from person to person.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chess45 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
